Disclaimers

  • By purchasing MofuMofuFursuit’s products (Fursuits, pre-made fursuits, artworks), you automatically agree to the following conditions
  • Please read them completely and carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, MofuMofuFursuit will refuse your commission.
  • If you have any questions, please send QQ/Twitter/telegram DM or email to [email protected]
  • If you are not comfortable with the MofuMofuFursuit Terms of Service and/or are not willing to agree to these conditions, you will not be able to request an commission from MofuMofuFursuit.

User Agreement

  • By commission MofuMofuFursuit, it will be implied that you have read and accepted all of the terms described herein.
  • Violators will be added to the blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

1.General

  • You, the client, will be expected to read the MofuMofuFursuit Terms of Service in advance and understand the general commission price.
  • ou, the client, must be at least 18 years of age or be of an age where you can legally enter into a contract under civil law in your country. If you are a minor customer, please make sure to ask your guardian’s permission and ask them to sign the contract together with you when you sign the contract. If you cannot legally sign the contract, MofuMofuFursuit will refuse your request.
  • You, the client, may display MofuMofuFursuit’s work on external websites, as long as it is clearly credited and linked to MofuMofuFursuit.
  • You may not upload or moderate MofuMofuFursuit’s work in any portfolio designed to showcase your own work. Any such work needs to be tagged with MofuMofuFursuit.
  • You may not claim that MofuMofuFursuit’s work is your own production.
  • Any harassment in an attempt to beg for a commission (“slot”) will not be tolerated.
    This includes inappropriately worded comments, as well as private messages. MofuMofuFursuit reserves the right to blacklist anyone for committing harassing behavior.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
  • Customers who have commissioned and/or received works prior to the effective date of these Terms of Service are still bound by their content.

(1)Rights

  • By commission us, you are purchasing MofuMofuFursuit’s services only as a commissioner.
  • MofuMofuFursuit reserves the right to publish your finished display in their portfolio for any reason. Of course, MofuMofuFursuit will respect the client’s wishes to keep their work private until its “debut”. This will be discussed with the client beforehand.
  • MofuMofuFursuit reserves the right to reject any project or client for any reason.
  • If MofuMofuFursuit no longer wishes to work on your project for any reason, MofuMofuFursuit reserves the right to refund the full amount paid by you.

(2)Copyright Notice

  • MofuMofuFursuit reserves the right to sign and/or watermark its own work when it is posted on its website and social media.
  • You are responsible for protecting your ownership of a persona design.
  • MofuMofuFursuit retains all copyrights to its works, which includes the right to use the images as samples for sale or self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed.
  • MofuMofuFursuit will always respect your character design and artwork as well as the artist’s.

(3)Commissioning Price

  • MofuMofuFursuit reserves the right to charge more as they see fit, depending on the complexity of your request.
  • Single quotation is only for the same batch of commissions. Quotes from previous years are not used as a reference standard, and prices will be adjusted according to actual conditions.
  • MofuMofuFursuit does not tolerate any form of harassment or attempts to negotiate its prices.
  • Paypal and any handling fees for money transfers and remittances are not included in MofuMofuFursuit’s commission price.
  • Getting a quote is not the same as the final price of your commission. They are only an estimate of the price for your proposal and character design. Quotations are in RMB. You must provide a proper and clear double or triple view and list all details to get a more accurate quote.

(4)Ordering

  • If you have any questions, please send the e-mail to mofumofufur[email protected] or send us a message on QQ/Twitter/telegram
  • However, for your commission request, please use the official MofuMofuFursuit commission form for your commission.
  • MofuMofuFursuit reserves the right to make changes to your request as they see fit, unless otherwise discussed. To ensure the complete accuracy of your commission request, please note down the required details and elements in the form.
  • If your role is very detailed, MofuMofuFursuit reserves the right to charge a fee based on the complexity provided.
  • Please be concise in your request and keep abbreviations to a minimum so that comments are clear and easy to read. Please include appropriate image references in your request.
  • Please use Chinese, English or Japanese for any emails, private messages and comments you send.
  • Before participating in any transaction, you will need to wait for a response so that MofuMofuFursuit and you can discuss the details.
  • MofuMofuFursuit does not accept requests for specific adult add-ons.

（5）确定尺寸

  • 若委托内容为全身毛装，我们会需要客户制作布基胶带的人体模型(Duct-Tape Dummy，以下简称DTD)，作法会连同尺寸表一同附上。
  • 如果客户预计减重或增胖，强烈建议待身材达到理想状态之后再丈量尺寸与制作DTD。
  • 如果您正确地制作了一个DTD，并送来了正确的尺寸，我们应该很容易为您制作一个合适的毛装。
  • 用不正确的做法制作DTD或提供的尺寸不精确，我们会要求重新提供DTD或尺寸。
  • 若客户最终提供了我们无法查觉的尺寸错误或不良的DTD，最终导致了毛装不合身等问题，我们无法对有误的毛装负责，请务必确保您所提供的资料正确。重新制作费用需要由客户负责。
  • 若无法提供DTD，请提供体型数据以便Mofumofu手作找寻符合您体型的DTD进行制作。但此种方式无法保证您的毛装可以完美契合您的身材。

2、付款

（1）付款方式

  • Mofumofu手作不对您在交易过程中出现的任何错误负责。
  • Mofumofu手作接受通过支付宝、微信支付、 Wise或银行转账的人民币付款，若需以其他货币付款，请发送电子邮件至[email protected]，或在QQ上向我们发送讯息。

（2）订金&定金

  • 委托成功接受之后，在Mofumofu手作制作开始之前，您需要预付一定比例的价格作为订金。作为确认订单，没有例外，除非另有讨论。这个百分比通常从20%开始，除非另有约定。
  • 除非另有约定，您在支付了总金额20%的订金之后我们将向您发送合同。
  • 合同签订生效之后，我们会给您寄送该合同签订的设定委托的式样书。
  • 只有在成功支付委托总金额的50%作为定金后，Mofumofu手作才会开始为您的委托进行排程及制作。
  • 您应尽快支付尾款，在Mofumofu手作收到总金额100%的付款后，Mofumofu手作才会发送完成的作品。
  • 与Mofumofu手作确认订单后，一年内须付款超过50%以上定金让Mofumofu手作排程以及制作，若确认订单超过一年还未支付50%以上者，Mofumofu手作会退款并取消订单。已经预先与Mofumofu手作讨论付费计划并按时付款的客户不受此条款限制。
  • 将由Mofumofu手作发起交易申请以避免意外的交易。
  • 在Mofumofu手作确认可以接受您的委托并同意报价之前，请不要向我们发送任何形式的付款。
  • 如果您是未成年，碰巧使用了监护人的支付宝/微信支付/ Wise/银行账户，请注意您在此必须承认您有他们的许可来参与这项交易。
  • 屡次委托项目而不付款将导致被列入黑名单。
  • Mofumofu手作在产品制作完成后会主动与客户联系，客户需提供准确收货地址及正确的收货联系人资料。以确保产品能正常发货交付。Mofumofu手作在取得运费报价后会与客户收取所有还未支付的款项、运费、以及其他可能产生的费用。
  • 如果您的委托已经制作完成，但您还未支付剩余尾款，您需在接收支付通知书的7个自然日内支付该费用。若客户在接收该通知书7个自然日内未能及时付款，我们会为您的委托保留半年。在制作完成后的半年内支付尾款的，Mofumofu手作会收取该产品保留期间产生的仓储费用，收取额外仓储费用后予以发货；若客户在产品制作完成的半年内未支付尾款的，即视同自动放弃本次订单，已支付的费用不予退还，制作完成的产品则为Mofumofu手作所有，Mofumofu手作保留对其任何处置的权利。

（3）付款计划（分期付款）

  • MofuMofu手作只在订单金额超过20000元人民币时接受付款计划,除非另有约定。
  • Mofumofu手作将事先与您讨论一个付款计划。您应在限定的时间内按计划付款。
  • 每笔分期付款的金额以及时间段将被事先讨论并记录下来。
  • 您必须自觉遵守讨论的付款计划方案，无需提醒，直到支付完所有的总金额。
  • 请参考 “付款 “一节的（1）支付方式（2）定金。进一步说明，其效益是相同的。
  • 分期支付同样需要达到定金要求的金额才会进行排单和制作。
  • 付款计划内如分期所产生的的手续费、服务费、税金、以及后续可能产生的滞纳金，都将由委托人承担。
  • 分期付款的收款货币种类为人民币，如产生货币汇率波动，也将由委托人承担。

3、制作

  • 在开始制作前，Mofumofu手作会提供委托设定的式样书。这里面包括了预计使用的毛布样本或照片以及纸质设定图供客户确认颜色与样式。请注意毛布颜色不一定能与设计图完全一样，但我们会尽力去配出最相近的颜色。
  • 我们不会特别提供制作过程的照片，但我们会将近期制作中的作品更新在社群网站上，客户可追踪我们来了解最新消息。
  • 如果委托不想事先被公开，请务必于事先告知我们。
  • 在委托未开始制作前，角色设定可以修改，但可能会调整报价，若与原角色差异过大我们有权取消此案。
  • 我们可能会对您的要求进行修改。我们会最大限度的去还原设定和委托人的要求，但是根据制作的实际情况可能会有更改，会尽量与委托人进行沟通。我们尊重委托人，尽可能完成委托人所需的细节和元素要求。
  • 若在制作期间提出修改，我们无法保证能完全符合您的要求。
  • 若制作中的修改要求可行，将会视情况额外收取修改费。
  • 我们无法给予确切的委托完成日期，但可能会提供一个大约的时段评估。
  • 若有任何突发状况导致我们可能会延迟委托，我们将会主动通知客户。

4、退款

  • Mofumofu手作只有在他们没有开始进行订单工作的情况下才可能退还100%的款项。
  • 如果Mofumofu手作自行取消了一个项目，他们将偿还损失的费用并100%退款。
  • 如果材料已经订购，但还没有开始制作，您将得到退款，但要扣除总金额的20%，以支付已经购买的材料。
  • 如果已经开始制作，在总制作完成50%以前，您将得到退款，但需要扣除总金额的20%作为支付已经购买的材料，总退款金额最高为总金额的50%，其余部分为支付Mofumofu手作在此项目上消耗的材料以及精力。
  • 如果制作在50%-100%之间，您无法获得退款，Mofumofu手作会将您的项目制作完成，制作的成品处理方式请与Mofumofu手作联系讨论。
  • 如果Mofumofu手作同意一个付款计划（分期支付），并且在第一笔定金完成支付后开始委托工作，这期间如果委托人退出付款计划，将不会退还上述定金。
  • 退款取消的委托，如果有已经制作好的部件，Mofumofu手作保留使用所有已制作部件的的权利。
  • 如果您是委托Mofumofu手作生产的设定或者Mofumofu手作角色池子内掉落的设定毛装委托，在退款取消委托之后Mofumofu手作将收回该委托设定的所有权和使用权；Mofumofu手作将继续拥有该设定的所有权和使用权。
  • 如果您是自带设定委托，退款取消委托之后将不影响您继续拥有这个设定。

5、交易退单

  • 您无权以任何理由以退单拒付(chargeback)【指在银行、支付宝、微信、Wise等支付交易汇款平台提出退款申请、拒绝支付的方式】申请退款。
  • 如果出于某种原因，您的支付宝/微信支付/ Wise/银行账户出现故障或在您不知情的情况下授权了退单请求，您必须尽快联系Mofumofu手作以解决该问题。
  • 当您需要取消委托请求时，您必须联系Mofumofu手作。
  • 在没有联系Mofumofu手作取消/退款项目的情况下，故意发出退单，将导致您立即被列入黑名单。

6、排队/日程安排/工作速度/最后期限

  • 您拥有为您的委托设定设立一个制作最后期限的权利。该期限必须在付款前进行讨论，如果期限需要加急，加急费用会根据委托的复杂度与期限来评估。
  • 加急委托必须在制作前付清所有款项并无法要求退款。
  • 如果时间过短，Mofumofu手作有权利拒绝。Mofumofu手作为您的订单保留的时间在很大程度上取决于他们的成员工作情况和私人生活状况。
  • 如果您没有与Mofumofu手作设定最后期限，请不要催单。因为如果有优先于您的项目，催单将被忽略，如果正在制作您的委托，过度催单也会影响到成员的正常工作。
  • 不允许对Mofumofu手作成员的工作速度进行骚扰，Mofumofu手作会有自己的日程安排。无论已经过去多久。
  • 您保留被通知任何延误的权利。

7、修订和反馈阶段

  • 如果有不符合您要求的地方，Mofumofu手作不会对您自行认定的角色设定负责；Mofumofu手作只负责做出您提供的角色设定稿。
  • Mofumofu手作将不对上述角色的所有权的任何变化负责。
  • 在没有客户反馈的情况下，对最终作品的任何修改都要收取费用。
  • Mofumofu手作不会对已完成的委托进行返工，除非收到第二份订单的付款。
  • 您有责任确保您的订单包含和您希望Mofumofu手作遵循的细节。
  • 如果没有明确的反馈意见来修改订单，Mofumofu手作不对完成的订单中任何不满意的因素负责。

8、寄送

  • 我们可以将毛装寄送至世界各地。
  • 运费不包含在委托估价中，客户必须另支付运费。
  • 所有的中国国内包裹寄送默认会使用顺丰速运；外国地区包裹默认会使用中国邮政（EMS）。寄出去之后都会提供运单追踪代码。
  • 如果您指定其他快递公司或者有更好的方案，请提前与Mofumofu手作讨论。
  • 运费不包含保险费，客户需要的话可加价要求。
  • 运费会根据包裹尺寸、重量、寄送国家与时间来估价。
  • 我们无法负责包裹寄达后产生的任何关税。如果客户对相关规定有疑虑，请自行连络当地海关机构。
  • 我们无法负责非我方造成的包裹遗失、延迟或损害。如果出现这种不幸的事情，请和Mofumofu手作共同商量解决方案。

9、维修

  • 在收到毛装后的30天内，若客户发现任何制作上的瑕疵或问题，请立即拍照并联系我们。
  • 大部分微小的问题可通过说明引导客户解决，若瑕疵为我方制作上缺失，我们会负责免费维修。
  • 免费维修服务不包含尺寸不合问题。
  • 若确认需要寄回维修，30天保固期限内客户免支付运费。
  • 30天后若有任何毛装维修的需求，我们必须先行评估，并会根据情况收取维修费用。
  • 无论是否在保固期内，人为损坏为主责的维修情况都会视情况收取维修费用。
  • 主观层面故意损坏，更改毛装，会直接导致您失去这套毛装所有后续保修服务，并视情况可能会导致您被加入黑名单。
  • 第三方修改、维修（在损坏主体毛装的基础上），这套毛装将会被取消后续保修服务的资格。
  • 保修期限后之维修运费必须由客户支付。
  • 需要维修的毛装或部件在寄给我们之前请务必先清洗过。
  • 我们无法负责任何中国境外客户的毛装清洁工作，相关保养说明书会与完成品一同交付，若您为中国境内的客户，请与Mofumofu手作联系讨论。

10、最终产品和信用(CREDIT)

  • MofuMofu手作作品集中的范例和您将收到的订单之间会有差异，这取决于范例样品发布的时间。毕竟，MofuMofu手作不断努力在工艺上变得更好
  • 您，委托人，需要负责保存Mofumofu手作提供给您的任何信息、收据、毛布类型和其他电子数据。
  • Mofumofu手作没有必要在任何公共空间发布您的项目，如果发布，Mofumofu手作也不需要将其无限期地保留在那里。Mofumofu手作有权利删除或移除任何公共项目。您应该拥有自己的最终照片和空间。
  • 在作品完成后，允许通过私人讯息、电子邮件或网站等对最终产品进行反馈。
  • 任何粗鲁的、不恰当的、煽动性的、非建设性的评论可能会导致被列入黑名单。
  • Mofumofu手作只对不合格的物品负责，比如工艺原因。
  • Mofumofu手作不对由于客户收到的物品的性行为而造成的损坏负责，将不会维修损坏的部分，同时可能导致您被列入黑名单。
  • Mofumofu手作不对由于没有按照订购前描述的方式正确穿戴物品而造成的损坏负责。故意错误操作造成的损坏将不会被维修/更换并可能导致您被列入黑名单。
  • Mofumofu手作的物品必须用心地佩戴，并对其负责。
